Shipping Policy

Every ChiTown Threads item is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your shirt, hoodie, or canvas is printed and packed specifically for you after you place your order.

Production time

Apparel and posters: 2–5 business days. Canvas wall art: 3–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Delivery estimates (United States)

Standard shipping typically arrives 3–8 business days after production, so most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of purchase. Each product page shows the current delivery estimate. Our items are printed and shipped by U.S. production partners, so Midwest orders often arrive sooner.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may ship separately from different print facilities and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each package.

Address changes

Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change your address. Once an order enters production we cannot guarantee changes.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated in 7 business days, message us through the contact form. We will open a carrier inquiry and send a free replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
