How do your shirts fit?
Comfort Colors tees run true to size with a relaxed cut. Gildan 18000 crews and Softstyle hoodies are unisex and run roomy, so size down for a fitted look. Each product page includes a size chart.
Is the wall art canvas or paper?
Mostly canvas, stretched over a 1.25-inch wood frame with hanging hardware included. A few designs also come as posters, which are rolled, museum-quality matte paper and are not framed.
Which Chicago neighborhoods do you make?
Sixteen so far: Wicker Park, Logan Square, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown, Pilsen, Bridgeport, Hyde Park, Andersonville, West Loop, Ukrainian Village, Humboldt Park, Gold Coast, Old Town, Beverly and Rogers Park. How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order to a U.S. address, and every order ships with tracking.
When will my order arrive?
Items are printed in 2–5 business days (canvas 3–7) and ship with tracking. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–12 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Send us a message through our contact form within 30 days with your order number and we will arrange a free replacement.
Can I cancel or change my order?
