Who does the closing gift ship to?
To your office or straight to your client’s new home, free of charge. Choose in the builder or the cart and enter your client’s address at checkout. Sending to several clients? Place one order per client.
How far ahead should I order?
Order 2–3 weeks before the closing; every piece is made to order. Order by Dec 5 for Christmas.
What is in a closing gift package, and what does it cost?
The buyer’s neighborhood, its founding year and Home 2026 on an embroidered crewneck ($54.99), a sherpa blanket (from $59.99) and a mug ($23.99). A ceramic ornament ($26.99) is available for every Illinois town we list and 15 Chicago neighborhoods. Build any combination; the three-piece package is from $138.97.
Is there agent pricing, or a minimum?
Trade pricing, yes; a minimum, no. Real estate pros get 20% off every order and 25% off 24 or more pieces with the trade code from their welcome email.
Do you have the suburbs?
Yes. Every package is made for 110+ Chicago neighborhoods and 109 Illinois towns, including Naperville, Evanston, Oak Park, Hinsdale, Winnetka, Glen Ellyn and Arlington Heights. Type the town in the finder above.
Do I need to know their size?
No. Pick your best guess: the crewneck is unisex, and size exchanges are free.
Can I order for several closings, or for the whole office?
Yes. Set the number of closings in the builder and mix neighborhoods in one order. Orders of 24 or more pieces get 25% trade pricing; for 50 or more, or anything the builder can’t do, use the quote form below and we reply within one business day.
Can a lender or title office give a closing gift?
Yes, to the buyers you close with. Gifts to referral sources are restricted under RESPA, so keep it for your own clients (CFPB RESPA FAQs).
Can I add my logo?
Yes. For brokerages, lenders and office orders we can embroider your logo small on the sleeve, near the wrist, so the neighborhood stays the star. Email hello@chitownthreads.com or request a quote below, and we will send a proof before anything is stitched.
